Genuine suede and leather garments require special handling and knowledge. We have chosen to contract with a specialist to handle these items. They will be returned to you with their original finish and color preserved.
Why is cleaning leather challenging?
So you’ve spent some money on a nice leather jacket. Or pants, shoes, or even a purse. You want to take extra care of your new purchase but you can’t just throw it into the washing machine. Leather material is natural and, thus, not designed to be cleaned by chemicals. It’s important to get it cleaned by a professional who specifically uses organic solvents.
Tips for handling your new leather purchase:
- Check care instructions on tag
- Protect it from weather
- If wet, air dry – do NOT put in dryer
- Be prepared for accidents
- Blot stains, don't rub
- Hang up your jacket; don't fold
